Bradford’s nearly 4% property tax rate is one of the highest in Pennsylvania—while the average income is only $29,150¹. High taxes are making it harder for families to own homes, small businesses to thrive, and new residents to choose Bradford.

While I won’t have direct control over tax policy in my Council role, I believe in using my voice—and my vote—to push for responsible, community-backed solutions. That starts with open dialogue, real transparency, and a plan that works for all of us.

Lowering taxes won’t be easy, but it is possible. With careful budgeting, outside grant funding, and smart growth, we can begin to relieve the burden on residents while protecting essential services.
